At Annie's Ibiza, we want you to be completely in love with your unique finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Email our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags, security seals, and hangers attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the parcel back to our Ibiza or London boutique as instructed in your RMA email.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
